THE PERSON BEHIND TEACHATLAS

Mihail Florin Gavrila.
Founder of TeachAtlas.

Mihail Florin Gavrila founded TeachAtlas to help people in the UK make informed decisions about teaching English abroad.

FOUNDER

Mihail Florin Gavrila

Mihail is a Notary Public and Solicitor in England and Wales.

Why this project exists

An attractive destination is only one part of a workable plan. Applicants also need to consider their passport, qualifications, experience, finances and the people moving with them. A route available to one person may be unavailable to another.

TeachAtlas brings those considerations together. It distinguishes language teaching from assistantships and professionally qualified school teaching, and separates an employer’s offer from a country’s immigration rules. Salary figures sit alongside the costs and assumptions needed to understand them.

The aim is to support an informed decision, including a decision to wait, obtain a qualification or investigate a different destination. The site cannot promise a job, visa, level of savings or particular experience abroad.

Evidence carries the argument

Mihail’s professional background explains his interest in careful documentation and clear explanations. It does not establish specialist expertise in every education system or immigration route, and it does not replace the evidence behind a destination guide.

TeachAtlas identifies its sources and research dates, makes estimates visible and highlights matters requiring further verification. Naming the founder does not mean that he has personally verified every research finding. Readers should check current requirements with the relevant authority, programme or employer before acting.

Your decision comes first

Editorial assessments should be based on the evidence and the applicant’s circumstances. Any future paid placement, sponsorship or affiliate relationship must be clearly disclosed and distinguished from the research. Official bodies, programmes and employers linked from this site do not endorse TeachAtlas merely because their information is cited.
